Registration Information

Priority Registration (January 13–19, 2026) 

Priority registration is available for: 

  • Current MacPhail students 
  • Campers enrolled in Summer 2025 programs 

General Registration 

General registration opens January 20 and remains open until camps are full or the camp registration deadline passes (see individual camp pages for exact registration deadlines).

Tuition

Tuition varies by camp and is listed on each individual camp registration page. Pricing reflects the length, format, and instructional scope of each program.

Typical Tuition Ranges

  • Kids Camps (ages 3–12): $190 – $435
  • Youth Camps (ages 11–18): $250 – $540

Financial aid is available for eligible families. We encourage families to explore support options to help make music education accessible for all students. Learn More.

Camp Dates & Duration

  • MacPhail Summer Music Camps take place throughout June, July, and August
  • Most camps are week-long day camps, with schedules and durations that vary by program. 
  • Specific dates and daily schedules are listed on each camp’s registration page. 

Daily Schedule

Daily start and end times vary by camp and age group. Schedules are designed to balance focused instruction with breaks and creative activities.

Forms & Health Information

Health Information & Permission Form 

Students 18 and under who are not accompanied by a parent or guardian during camp hours must have a completed Health Information & Permission Form on file prior to attending camp. 

This form includes: 

  • Emergency contact information 
  • Medical considerations 
  • Participation permissions 

Families will receive reminders and instructions after registration. 

What to Bring

Required instruments, materials, or supplies vary by camp. Families will receive detailed information prior to the start of each program, including:

  • Any instrument requirements  
  • Materials to bring 
  • Drop-off and pick-up procedures
