Arianna String Quartet

The Arianna is an integral part of our educational program, so we are fortunate to host them at Madeline Island every year. As performers, they’re also crowd-pleasers! Formed in 1992, the Arianna String Quartet garnered national attention by winning the Grand Prize in the Fischoff Chamber Music Competition. Since 2000, they have been the full-time string faculty at the University of Missouri-St. Louis. In their 31st season, their recordings of the complete quartets of Beethoven for Centaur Records have been highly praised.
