Jean De Vere, violin, comes to MacPhail with over 30 years performing with the Minnesota Orchestra and decades of coaching violin students for audition preparations, orchestral excerpts and sectional rehearsals for the University of Minnesota, Greater Twin Cities Youth Symphonies and Minnesota Youth Symphonies.
Jean holds a Bachelor of Music degree with Distinction and a Performer’s Certificate from Indiana University. In 2009, Jean attended the Indiana University String Pedagogy Workshop led by Mimi Zweig.
