KSTP celebrated the 30th anniversary of MacPhail’s Rock Week, highlighting three decades of giving generations of young musicians the opportunity to write, rehearse, and perform on the iconic stage at First Avenue’s 7th St Entry. The feature recognized the program as an enduring part of Minnesota’s music community, where students build confidence, creativity, and collaboration through the experience of being in a real band.
